Chanel Boutique in Shanghai

Chanel's new Shanghai boutique opens November 25th 2009 at the Peninsula Shanghai on the historic Bund riverfront promenade! Legendary city of Shanghai is known as “the Paris of the East”. Architect Peter Marino designed the store in the sophisticated, warm style of Mademoiselle Coco Chanel’s fabled Parisian apartment, the residential feel enhanced by hand-picked artworks and antiques including original works commissioned by French artist Jean-Michael Othoniel.
